How do we calculate the volume of your product?

To calculate the volume of your product we multiply the sides of its primary packaging. That is, we calculate the unit in its original packaging or in the bag that covers it in its entirety.

Keep in mind that if you are sending a product to Full for the first time, we will calculate its volume based on the volume of other products in the same category. When it arrives at the warehouse, we will measure its primary packaging to determine its exact dimensions.
