Which fields or columns can I view and customize in the Releases report?
The generated report will be shown in a spreadsheet with all the movements from the period to be consulted and the information will be displayed in columns. With it, you will be able to check the details of those transactions, such as the date and time, order ID, shipping fees etc.
Please bear in mind that the movements are shown in chronological order, from the older to the most recent ones. In the "Settings" section, you can choose which columns you want to include in the file.
Each transaction can be identified with a number in the SOURCE_ID column and, in the following columns, you can check the rest of the details. With this information you are able to identify the initial balance and the amounts debited or credited to calculate the final balance.
Accounting concepts such as "Debit" (amount that you need to pay) are shown in the NET_DEBIT_AMOUNT column, and "Credit" (money that you must collect) are shown in the NET_CREBIT_AMOUNT column.
In the image below you can find an example of the main columns and fields that make up the Releases report:
Other key concepts that you will find in the report:
You can find the money from the settled transactions in the NET_CREDIT and NET_DEBIT columns, depending on whether the amount is positive or negative.
You will also find the gross amount, processing, and shipping fees that we discount to reach the net amount. You’ll see the final charge for the shipping fees, either for the declared dimensions or the surplus when there are differences with the validated ones.
RECORD_TYPE : indicates the type of movement. The amounts that can be shown in this field are: initial balance, releases, blocks, unblocks and total amount.
DESCRIPTION : it allows you to identify the name of the movements that are registered (payments, withholdings etc.) in your account. For example, the money transfers are displayed as "Payment", while the other mediations that arise when a complaint is initiated or resolved are shown as "Dispute".
If you want to know the meaning of each column and its respective amounts, please check the Glossary, which has all the technical terms.
