How to ship orders with Cainiao

We added Cainiao to our logistics network and it will now be your main carrier for shipping your orders to Mexico, Colombia, Chile, and Brazil. Please consider the following guidelines on how to operate with Cainiao.

Dispatch methods available:

There are two dispatch methods available for shipping with Cainiao, and you can opt for one or the other depending on your location:

• Pickup (recommended): Cainiao will pick your packages up at your address for free. You can select this dispatch method if your address falls within the service coverage area.

• Drop off: You'll need to take your packages directly to one of Cainiao's warehouses. You can select this dispatch method if pickup service is not available at your location.  Additionally, you'll need to register a return address for cases where the packages are held at the origin and cannot be sent, allowing the carrier to return them to you.

Important note: You’ll have to set up your selected dispatch method in Selling Preferences, entering a valid address in Chinese characters for pickups and returns, or else selecting a preferred warehouse to drop off your packages and registering a valid return address.

Shipping process:

To ship orders by Cainiao, please consider the following:

• Packing: Carefully pack your products to protect them during transit, as outlined in our packaging guidelines.

• Labeling: Print the shipping label from Orders and securely affix it to the package. Please ensure that the label is clear and easy to scan.

• Handoff to the carrier: Arrange the pickup directly with the assigned driver. If pickup is not available at your location, drop off the package at the nearest Cainiao warehouse.

• Tracking: You can track your order’s shipment from the Orders section.
